"A Pace of Grace: the Virtues of a Sustainable Life" is an excellent workbook that is especially useful for women. The author chronicles the true cost of putting career goals and everyone else's needs before what is necessary for personal health--with concrete steps to change that.

Abraham - 1 God, 3 Wives, 5 Religions star
A review of Francis Worthington's entertaining and enlightening book. Huge amounts of research must have been involved, but it doesn't read like a dry, scholarly tome.
